It’s important to walk far miles in life ( i.e after 50 years ) happily which is possible only if body is healthy with mind and soul too . Now "good" and "healthy" terms should be well defined in diet.
Healthy smile is very useful to stay active always. Good or ideal diet is combination of foods such which provide required amount of fuel to body by proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals etc to run whole day without stammering, improving the functioning like metabolic rate and decrease the unwanted carbohydrates which if in excess accumulate to form fats.

Healthy diet is platter comprising fruits, vegetables, greens, whole grains and meat as they all provide required energy to body and keep you fit all day without losing grip over concentration and falling for stress. Healthy diet includes food which will contain weight control products and will not lead to fat formation. Another diet well known to control weight or decrease weight is low calorie diet known as cookie diet. These cookies came in being from 1970's as hunger control replacement meals. Cookie diet should be followed under medical supervision. Cookie diet will be best discussed in detail in further sections.
Diets are not scary, they are just little healthy amendments made in routine eating habits. Positive steps first begin from home. It's hard to keep account of what you eat daily. Maintaining a dairy will ensure accurate view of your diet. The saying is very true "Diet and exercises go hand in hand". This makes simple to eliminate the culprit, that candy bar and cookie. It would be alarming if a candy bar and sweets are shown in diary regularly. As this can be alarming situation to future cardiovascular and diabetes risks.
